One key factor to the hipster psychology is the belief that the term does not apply to them, but rather to everyone else that like dresses like them or hangs out in the same bars or listens to the same music. This is because the hipster believes that they are "authentic," and therefor not a hipster, and that all other hipsters are trend following posers.

The "hipsters ruin everything" shirt almost certainly only appeals to hipsters. Hipsters like American Apparel, so there you go.

Also AA makes really good shirts.

Printing "Hipsters Ruin Everything" on an American Apparel shirt. . . is it ironic?

So, I just discovered this site this evening while drinking gin and tonics (New Amsterdam, if you must know and bubblegum isn't quite how I'd describe it). Anyway, I love it so far (Swans quotes make me giddy). Keep up the good work.
