Negroni:

3/4 ounce gin

3/4 ounce Campari

3/4 ounce sweet red vermouth

one orange slice as garnish.

Mix the gin, Campari, and vermouth together with ice in a rocks glass.  Cut the orange slice and place it on the rim of the glass.

It was good enough that I had a second one, and now we’re almost out of Campari.
